  • In September 2010, Triumph acquired USE Inc. as a fully-owned subsidiary through acquisition of shares, and acquired intellectual property rights to its mission-critical ERP software "Mimasaka". In January 2011, Triumph merged USE Inc. with ISForce Ltd.

  • In January 2014, M Planning Ltd. merged with ISForce Ltd.

  • On September 30, 2016, Triumph acquired all shares of Digitalio Ltd. (Information Technology Business), making it a fully-owned subsidiary of ISForce Ltd.

  • In September, 2016, ISForce Ltd. acquired 78.1% of DG Technologies Inc. and made it a subsidiary company. On January 1, 2017, DG Technologies Inc. merged with ISForce Ltd.

  • In July 2017, Triumph acquired Phinis Ltd., a systems integrator specializing in JP1-based IT infrastructure management systems, through a full share purchase and then transferred Phinis Ltd. to ISForce Ltd.

  • In March 2016, Triumph Asset Management (TAM) Co., Ltd. was established as a fully-owned subsidiary of the group enabling entry to the real estate business.

  • In May 2017, Triumph acquired Advance, a sales and marketing company with a focus on optimizing shopper experience in the retail sector, by acquiring all shares.
